The Villa
Perched atop the hill of Ulignano for which it is named, Villa di Ulignano is a splendid 17th century villa surrounded by a magnificent garden with centuries-old trees.
The manor home is part of a 17-acre property that is situated between Volterra, the closest town, and San Gimignano. One of the most important and prestigious villas in the territory of Volterra, Ulignano boasts an amazing location with enchanting panoramic views.
It is the perfect base for any Tuscan vacation: immersed in peace and tranquillity, and at the same time centrally located, at the heart of the triangle formed by Siena, Florence and Pisa.
The Villa is rented only as a whole, and is available for periods of minimum one week, though in off-season a minimum period of three nights can be discussed.
The Villa di Ulignano is perfectly organized to welcome large parties, as it offers 15 bedrooms, all spacious and luminous, and is thus ideal for 30 people (with a maximum capacity of 40 people if all spare and daybeds are used.)
The common areas and halls are numerous and spacious, designed for entertaining, and thus the Villa can comfortably house events for up to 120 guests. Additional guests at events can choose from various accommodation options in the nearby countryside and towns.
The rental of the Villa does not include services, as we've chosen to leave you the freedom to personalize your stay as you see fit.
