NOTE

• Daybed is an additional bed, included in the rental fee, used as a bed as well as seating (a sofa that does not pull out).
• Daybeds can have a regular single bed size 190x80 cm (ok for adults) or a smaller size 178x70 cm (ideals for children or "short friends").
• Granaio (The Barn) and Scuola (The School) are adjacent buildings to the villa.
• 30 beds is the ideal capacity.
• 37 beds can be reached using all the daybeds.
• 40 beds is the maximum capacity of the villa including the 3 additional spare beds availabile at an extra charge.
